3. AXLE LOAD SURVEY

1.FWD Testing 
   Falling Weight Deflectometer Teting

At Highway Engineering Solution, we utilize advanced technology to conduct non-destructive and non-intrusive pavement testing through the use of a Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD). This testing device is preferred over other destructive testing methods, as it is faster and does not require the removal of pavement material.

Our FWD testing process involves applying dynamic loads to a pavement surface, which simulates the magnitude and duration of a single heavy moving wheel load. The loading plate is positioned over the desired test location, and the vehicle is brought to a stop. The peak deflections at each measured location are then recorded in micrometers.

The FWD testing method is widely recognized and recommended by the relevant ASTM standard (ASTM D4694, 2006b). Our experienced team utilizes this testing method to measure the physical properties of pavement accurately and efficiently.

1.ROAD PAVEMENT ROUGHNESS
